Due to a court ruling in June 2025 that vacated most of the HIPAA Privacy Rule to Support Reproductive Health Care Privacy, statements that had been required to be added to the Notice of Privacy Practices regarding those protections should now be removed. However, statements regarding prohibited disclosure of Part 2 records are still required to be included in every Notice (whether or not your practice is a Part 2 Program).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please ensure that a revised Notice is posted in your workplace, on its website, and made available to patients by February 16, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
