CSP: our Custom Safety Program
Our program for OSHA compliance provides a customized Safety Manual that includes written plans and policies that are universally required by OSHA, such as:
- Exposure control policies to meet Bloodborne Pathogens Standard requirements
- A Hazard Communication plan to comply with recent revisions to the Standard
- TB infection control policies to meet current CDC guidelines
- Medical waste management policies
- Administrative and record-keeping policies
In addition, we will gather information about your practice to determine whether any additional special safety policies may be required, based on the specific procedures performed, or hazardous chemicals that are used in your practice.
A full array of OSHA-compliant forms is included in the Safety Manual to help your practice meet documentation requirements.
